January 2010 - Sold out at Brook Park development

The final unit, extending to 30,240 ft2, at Revelan’s Brook Park in Cradley is under construction following successful negotiations with Central Supplies, a local cheese distributor.

Jarvie Bedhall identified that the company had outgrown their existing premises near Merry Hill and were seeking to relocate to a new purpose built facility.

Working closely with Revelan, we designed a new building to Central’s requirements, obtained planning consent and have agreed a forward sale of the freehold interest following completion.

December 2009 - Jarvie Bedhall on board at Finepoint

We are delighted to announce that we have been instructed to assist in marketing the Finepoint Development in Kidderminster. The development consists of a number of new industrial / warehouse units ranging from 5000 – 11000 sq ft with each unit benefitting from office accommodation at first floor level. The units have been constructed to a high standard and are available either to let or for sale.



December 2009 - National Plastics takes 4100 sq ft trade counter on Planetary Industrial Estate

A new letting has been completed at Planetary Industrial estate in Wednesfield. UPVC Distributers trading as National Plastics have taken Unit 2 on a new 5 year lease. This letting follows a series of successful lettings in 2009. The estate currently has a number of similar units to let ranging from 2500 – 33000 sq ft.



10 October 2009 - Hartlebury Trading Estate, Worcestershire

Recent weeks have seen a ‘flurry’ of activity at Hartlebury Trading Estate, Worcestershire’s premier trading destination. Five units have been let in as many weeks with a combination of new tenants and onsite expansions. Units 7 and 9, both industrial / warehouse units, have been let on new 3 year leases to H.L.S Services and Acorn Motor Homes respectively. Elsewhere Access Training, a new tenant less than 12 months ago has taken an additional 5000 sq ft of warehouse and office property as part of their ongoing expansion. We have been delighted to act on behalf of the landlord in these transactions and are looking forward to many more over coming months.

18 September 2009 - Dudley Road, Halesowen

Acting for a local property owner and investor we have secured the letting of 15,000 sq ft of an industrial / warehouse unit, in a prominent position on the Dudley road in Halesowen.



03 September 2009 - Castlegate House, Castle Court, Dudley

Following the recent success of the Castle Court 2 development we were instructed, by Barteak Developments, to market the high quality office units at Castle Court 1 in Dudley with offices available both for sale or to let. We have now completed the first letting on the scheme of approximately 6000 sq ft to Iconics, who are relocating from Pensnett Trading Estate.

28 August 2009 - The Clock House, Cradley Heath

We are pleased to announce the completion of a new lease on the Clock House, a highly prominent industrial / warehouse property opposite Cradley train station in Cradley Heath. The property comprised 2 industrial / warehouse units and a separate two storey office building. The new tenant, Chapel House Trading Ltd, has taken occupation and already begun trading.

24 August 2009 - Unit 1 Silver Birches, Bromsgrove

Acting for Atkins Properties, a Surrey based property company, we have just completed the letting of approximately 3,700 sq ft of office space, in Bromsgrove, to Broadband Boutique ltd on a 12 month lease. Following a successful proactive marketing campaign we were pleased to have successfully let this property shortly have placing on the market.
