New Development for Oswin
We advised Oswin Developments on the purchase and development strategy for a key 9.5 acre site situation in Wolverhampton city centre, formerly the Low Level Station.
This site had been derelict for many years and included approximately 20,000 sq ft of listed buildings, an old railway track and footbridge.
Over a period of time our clients achieved a planning consent for a mixed use scheme. We negotiated a number of pre sales during this process, which helped to facilitate the development. These included a new car showroom for Reg Vardy, a new 88 bed Travel Inn and a public house for Whitbread, a land sale to Barratts for the residential development of 208 apartments and a pre let to Clermont Casinos for the redevelopment of the old station for a casino.
