Jarvie Bedhall instructed by Valad to market Hartlebury Trading Estate in Worcestershire, which extends to 180 acres and offers units from under 500 sq ft up to 100,000 sq ft.

We were brought in to add a new dimension to the marketing having worked successfully with the fund managers over many years on a number of challenging properties.

Since then we have let more than 600,000 sq ft with a further 20,000 sq ft under offer using a variety of media, mailing, advertising, sponsorship and a redesign of the estate website.

Recent lettings include 22,000 sq ft and a large yard to Andy Loos and 113,000 sq ft for workwear manufacturer The Faithful Group.
