Colin Jarvie BSc MRICS

Colin studied at Sheffield City Polytechnic and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987.  He initially trained in London with Fuller Peiser before joining Edward Erdman.  He moved to the Midlands in 1989 with Barberry House Properties and was at DTZ in Birmingham before establishing Jarvie Bedhall.

He specialises in providing investment and development advice throughout the UK on behalf of property companies, financial institutions and private individuals.

Duncan Bedhall BSc MRICS

Duncan studied at Oxford Polytechnic and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990.  Following a period with Chesterton, he spent some time with a property development company before joining DTZ.  In 1994 he established Jarvie Bedhall and specialises in providing advice to property owners throughout the UK predominantly on industrial and office properties.

Duncan has much experience in maximising property returns and values for owners, including redevelopment to higher value uses or increased investment value.
