Colin Jarvie BSc MRICS
Colin specialises in property investment and development for property companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals.
He studied at Sheffield City Polytechnic and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1987. He trained initially in London with Fuller Peiser before joining Edward Erdman. He came to the Midlands in 1989 with Barberry House Properties, moved to DTZ in Birmingham then set up Jarvie Bedhall in 1994.
Duncan Bedhall BSc MRICS
Duncan specialises in industrial and office properties. He has unrivalled market knowledge and the experience to achieve the best results for his clients.
He studied at Oxford Polytechnic and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1990. He worked for Chesterton, property developers Bryant Properties and DTZ before establishing Jarvie Bedhall.
Alex Woodall, Bsc
Alex has shown tenacity and energy since joining the agency department in 2006.
He has operated in the toughest market conditions and has excelled in completing transactions on many hundreds of thousands of sq ft.
He is in the final stages of completing an MSc in Real Estate Appraisal at Reading University, having gained a BSc in Business from the University of Cardiff.
Sarah Rae
Sarah is an experienced administrator, PA to the partners and provides invaluable support to the surveying team. She joined Jarvie Bedhall in 2001 following a successful career with NatWest Bank.
