Jarvie Bedhall Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants are a small motivated team based in the West Midlands, with a reputation for performing at a high level.
Established in 1994 to advise on all aspects of commercial property in the Midlands area, we have developed an impressive network of clients, including many major property companies and financial institutions. As a consequence we now act particularly in the investment market throughout the UK and more recently we have formed a partnership with Hanseatic Real Estate in Germany. This has resulted in our first investment transaction overseas.
The philosophy of the practice is to be proactive not reactive, and to give personal care and attention at a senior level to all of our instructions, from the smallest letting to the largest multi million pound investment.
